Sessions and Invoicing

Each session defaults to one hour, you can attend this appointment face-to-face or via telehealth. If you require more than one hour this can be organised, just request additional time when making your session booking!

If you're running late to your appointment, this does not guarantee you the whole hour as there are other people after you whose time cannot be infringed upon. Running early also does not guarantee your session will start early, for the same reason that someone else's time is equally important.

​

Some people chose to bring a support person to their appointments, this could be a professional support worker, friend, family member or partner. If they are waiting in the waiting room during your session, they (and yourself) can have a complimentary tea or coffee.

​

Payment is made after the appointment, an invoice with the relevant information is emailed to the paying party (this could be yourself, or your NDIS plan manager) and payment can be made via direct deposit.
